A trip to Everest Base camp, it's, it's, an experience that changed me. In many ways it defies words. Every step, every experience, every sight, every sound, every person you meet, every day that you taking in this beautiful, cruel, rugged, tough, enchanting place.
Feast your mind's eye on these exquisitely exhausted bunch of guys and girls and Alex. Ranting and raving, huffing and puffing, clicking and shooting our way to Nepal's Everest Base Camp.
Thank you ballboys, thank you umpire, thank you guides and porters, and thank you ..... team.

The sound of nature as it's fat raindrops splash down on a path. The sound of the ocean lapping against the sandy shore. The sounds of birds in evening squabbles, the sound of the wind as I ride my bike, the feel of a hug from someone I care for, the sound of joy as sung by a child, the sound of my heart as it beats to a distant drum. These are some of the ten thousand things...
